Our Purpose: Small business owners often fail because they don't have the skills needed to succeed. Fulfilling your mission "through people" and delivering excellence in customer service are essential ingredients to a successful enterprise. We exist to teach, coach, and mentor leaders so they can put Principles into Practice!

• Equip small business leaders to expand their leadership, management and supervisory capacities through experiential learning.
• Provide a high quality learning environment which is locally-based and affordable!
• Teach foundational principles and values-based leadership needed to overcome low productivity, the lack of personal responsibility, and inappropriate behavior.

Are you a small business owner or entrepreneur looking to grow your business and trying to help your people with leadership skills and serving customers?

The Small Business Master's Institute is specifically designed to help you improve leadership, responsibility and hope. In 45 days, you'll earn an RhD (Rising Higher Degree) certification to help you with practical how-to's from finances, business growth, customer service, and personal effectiveness.

You'll attend a one day session each week for 6 weeks and obtain expertise and knowledge from experienced leaders. In addition, during each session you'll be completing a Strategic Game Plan for your business. Pre-Course, Course and Post-Course materials and a Certification are included.
